The ABACO Sp. z o. o. initiated its business operation on 10th of March 2006 when it was entered under number KRS0000252570 in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, in Warsaw. Ever since the commencement of its activity, it has been providing, in a highly professional manner and observing due diligence, comprehensive services to national and foreign business entities operating in the Polish market.

The goal of the activity conducted by the Company is to assist the clients to whom we render our services in achieving success and it includes, among others, offering economic advisory service, bookkeeping and tax services, financial analyses, personnel and payroll services as well as consultancy in economic law. The Company also provides services in the field of managerial outsourcing. The Company also strives to ensure the clients a maximum comfort in conducting business activity by taking over the duties commissioned by the clients in the foregoing areas. We serve companies characterized by different activity profiles. Our clients include manufacturing, commercial, and services-providing companies.

Due to constantly updated specialised knowledge, our clients are able to focus their efforts primarily on their business activities. We provide assistance in formal and official matters, and we represent our clients before different kinds of institutions. Our clients represent companies regardless their size or legal status. We serve one-person entrepreneurs, civil law partnerships, limited partnerships, general partnerships, professional partnerships, limited liability companies, public and private companies limited by shares, foundations, agencies and subsidiaries of foreign companies. A major part of our clients is Warsaw-based, but there are some from other regions of Poland as well. The entirety of services that are provided by our Company is insured by the WARTA S.A. insurance company to the amount of 100,000EUR.
